Lonesome cities is the newest collection of love, poems and lyrics by the American chansonier Rod McKuen. It is divided into several sections and details a man's journey through the world. In an attempt to find himself, the poems express gentle longing, paint, wistful portrait of cities and their people, of cowboys and lumberjacks. These love poems.
