Searching for Hassan: An American Family's Journey Home to Iran

Journeying back home to the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1998, Terence Ward, along with his family, searches for his best friend Hassan, with whom he had lost contact after the fall of the shah, amidst a land rife with beauty and history, from the rich Persian past to the mixture of ancient traditions and Western pop culture of today, ultimately reconnecting with their country and its people.
